1. Payment & Pricing

● Accepted Payment Methods: All (e.g., Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Zelle) are accepted.

● Registration Deadlines: Lunch events usually require headcounts ahead of time for catering. There will be a required cutoff date/time for discounted ticket purchases in advance for Seminars and cutoff date/time for regular tickets fee purchases, usually a week before the event the sales will end.

● Taxes & Processing Fees: State platform service fees to be included in the ticket price or added at checkout.

2. Refund, Cancellation, & Transfer Policies

● Refund Policy: Full refunds are available prior to a specific deadline (e.g., "No refunds within 48 hours of the event due to venue catering commitments").

● Transferability: Tickets can be transferred to another member or non-member if the purchaser can no longer attend.

● Event Cancellation/Postponement: If chapter cancels the lunch (e.g., due to weather or speaker availability)—attendees receive a full refund.

3. Dietary Restrictions & Catering Disclaimers

● Special Requests: A deadline is needed for submitting allergen or vegetarian/vegan requests (e.g., during checkout).

● Liability Disclaimer: Add this: Note: that while reasonable efforts are made to accommodate dietary needs, neither the chapter nor the venue guarantees a allergen-free environment.

4. Code of Conduct & Entry Requirements

● Membership Verification: We will add member pricing which will differs from non-member pricing; terms allow the chapter to verify membership status or charge the difference at the door.

● Revocable License: States that the ticket acts as a revocable license. The chapter reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

5. Media & Photography Release

● Consent to Photograph: Clarifies that by attending the lunch, guests consent to being photographed or recorded, and that the chapter may use those photos on its website, newsletter, or social media for promotional purpose

● Limitation of Liability: The Chapter is not responsible for damages, lost/stolen personal belongings at the event venue, or technical glitches during online checkout.
