The members of Chapter One come from all walks of life such as Transportation Authorities and Departments, Water and School Districts, Public Works and Redevelopment Agencies, Utility companies, Railroads, and private consultants such as appraiser, title specialist, acquisition agents, attorneys, relocation assistance agents, and right-of-way and civil engineers. With this unparalleled wealth of experience and expertise, participation in our educational seminars, classes and networking events is always a highly valuable and rewarding experience.
After successfully hosting the annual IRWA Education Conference in Long Beach, California in June 2024, Chapter One continues to engage and to grow.
