Roy Guinaldo has been with Overland, Pacific & Cutler, LLC for the past 18 years. He is a Senior Project Manager in Acquisitions. Prior to Overland Pacific & Cutler he worked for 14 years in Real Estate Sales. Roy intends to pursue his IRWA credentials and was also a prior member and is now rejoining our chapter.

Let’s get to know Roy:

  1. What is your current occupation? My current role at OPC is a Senior Project Manager.
  2. What do you enjoy most about the eminent domain/right of way industry? I enjoy working with clients, brainstorming, problem solving and working with legal counsel on complicated transactions for the best outcome possible.
  3. How do you define success? Success is setting goals, doing your best to achieve those goals, being proud of our efforts and maintaining a positive, happy work life balance.
  4. Who inspires you? My Wife- She has incredible work ethic and genuinely cares for people along with her charitable community relationships.
  5. What’s something about you that not many people know? I attended private violin lessons from the age of 7 to 25
  6. What’s the last book you read? Tim Tebow- This is the Day
  7. What’s the first concert you ever attended? Journey in the early 80’s.
  8. What’s the next place on your travel bucket list? Probably Ireland- This is a place I know my wife and children would like to visit and it is a place that I could fulfill my Tiger Woods golf dreams.
